This award recognises the work of those in the disaster management sector who actively champion change and demonstrate excellence.
The Inspector-General would like to congratulate the following Winners and Highly Commended finalists who have demonstrated at least one of the following criteria in the past 12 months:
- Advocated for diversity and inclusion
- Demonstrated excellence in the sector
- Shown leadership as an inspirational role model.
Winners were announced on Friday 6 March, at the Public Safety and Associate Agencies’ International Women's Day event in Brisbane.
